The Concept

Our menu reflects the many traditions and cultures of Indian cooking whilst bolstering unfamiliar elements to classic dishes. Our dishes draw inspiration from royal kitchens of India where Game meat was served to royal families.

What is Shikaar

“Shikaar” is the hindi word for Hunting. Shikaar was traditionally practised by royal families of India for over thousands of years. It also represents the characteristics of early man who hunted for food and cooked it on an open fire. We combine this very human instinct and present food which is fit for royalty.
